My entire family comes to this office, and we couldn’t be happier. Always excellent experience with Dr. Karimi and Dr. Yagobi! From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with welcoming and warm smiles from the staff and both doctors. Both Dr’s are skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. They always make every patient feel comfortable and at ease. They always take their time to explain everything and answer all our questions and you never feel rushed. I highly recommend this office!

This practice is Top Notch in all possible ways. The equipment is state of the art, the office is clean and pretty, the people who work there for the dentists are loyal and extremely competent. Dr. Karimi and Dr. Yagobi are, hands down, the best dentists I have ever had.. and I've had a lot throughout my life! It's hard to find a good dentist and here you can get two. Dr. Ella & Dr. Yagobi are super! I see Dr. Yagobi and my husband sees Dr. Ella for over 9 years. They take the time to explain things to you and address your concerns. Always friendly, always professional. No need to say my 11-year-old son sees Dr Ella so I'm confident that he is in good hands. Their office is clean and both office staff and dental assistants are all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended as they offer procedures that are needed for my benefit!

This is a very friendly, family run dental office. Dr. Karimi and Dr. Yagobi are both so kind and thorough. I used to absolutely hate coming in for cleanings at other dental offices because my teeth are not in great shape due to my parents never taking me to the dentist my entire childhood. They make the experience pleasant and know every single client by name and are a cheerful and pleasant staff. My entire family comes here now and lots of our friends. They also don’t push unnecessary treatments, but do tell you what issues you need to keep an eye on. They are also great with my kids and I really like that they can book 3 appointments at one time so I can get my cleaning while my kids get theirs. I’m so grateful to have these lovely people nearby. If you need a dentist in LG, look no further.

I do not write reviews very often but Orchid Dental and everyone on the team really deserves a full 5 stars here. I have known Dr. Karimi and Dr. Yagobi for 14+ years now. My main concern with Dentists has always been trust. I always ask if Dentists truly care about our teeth or are they just looking to make a quick buck? I will tell you this, Orchid Dental puts integrity first. They care so much about their patients to the point that I now look forward to visiting the dentist. Can you believe that!? When I walk in, it's like family. Everyone is happy, smiling, the patients are laughing, everyone is respectful. It's not intimidating what so ever. That's the first thing which is very important, a great environment. Next is the quality of work. Dr. Yagobi and Dr. Karimi make sure you are receiving the absolute best service that they can provide. Nothing is done "lazy". They really put the same amount of care into each individual. Whether they just woke up and are fresh and ready to go at 10 am or whether it has been a long day and winding down nearing 5 pm, expect the absolute highest level of service. They go above and beyond to make sure whatever you are having done to your precious teeth *keyword precious*, they indeed know it is more than just a quick dollar, more than just a quick fix. It's a lifelong set of teeth you will carry with you to the grave and they understand that. They will spend overtime in the office if they have to and be happy about it. If you are on the fence about them, don't just take my word for it. Walk in and see for yourself. You won't regret it. Your teeth will thank you.

Dr. Ella is both a great dentist who takes real pride in her work as well as having an excellent chair-side manner, making sure you feel at home in her practice. Another great thing about Orchid Dental is their front office. Great communication and collaboration. As important as the dental care area of the practice is, the front office can sometimes have just as much of an impact on your experience. Here, they only make the whole experience better. While I don’t _always_ look forward to any dental visit, I’m very happy it’s with the great team at Orchid.

I have been using Orchid Dental for several years now and wanted to give them a Big High Five for their Exceptional Service. Their dental hygenist's always do a thorough job of removing plaque build up from my teeth. They follow all the Covid-19 protocols and have efficient air purifiers throughout their offices. And I typically hear laughter coming from Dr Tony or Dr Ella. They turn dental work into a fun place to go.

To say my visits here to Orchid Dental is beyond 5 stars is not an exaggeration. To be honest, when I scheduled my first appointment , it was out of convenience with my insurance plan and proximity to my home. What makes me look forward to my visits are the staff! Orchid dental really strives to hire amazingly efficient and kind people that you just feel at ease around. I actually avoided the dentist for over 10 years, so my first year back, I had a lot of dental issues that needed to be addressed. Not only was it discussed in a non-shameful, considerate way, I felt that the treatments were affordable and top notch. My running joke is that I'm working on another cavity so I can see Dr Karimi again soon! Though, with her guidance and help, I'm taking much better care of my teeth.

Best practice I've ever been to! They not only handle my daughters care but my friends as well. They have repaired all previous dental work and improved my oral health tremendously. I had a dental emergency and they made time outside of normal hours to have me come in and fix someone eles terrible butchered job with and saved my tooth and fixed my infection. Dr. Karimi did my cleaning, and let me tell you my mouth has never felt this great before! I had some plaque built in some tiny spaces all around my mouth. I’ve went to different dentists around the Bay (even going as far as to San Francisco from South Bay) but no one seemed to be able to thoroughly clean these hard to reach, plaque-ridden places in the back of mouth. I was about to accept that this is how my teeth will be for the rest of my life, until Dr. Karimi came and restored my teeth better than ever! It has been a great experience working with Dr. Ella Karimi, and her entire dedicated team at Orchid Dental. I depend upon my smile professionally, and I needed some cosmetic dental work done. I went to couple other dentists and was advised to have several teeth extracted and then 24-months of braces to make the necessary dental correction. I was then introduced to Dr. Karimi and she recommended a different approach to my cosmetic dental needs by trying Invisalign for one year. I chose this method and after a year my smile is absolutely beautiful thanks to Dr. Karimi and her staff. I have used Dr. Karimi for all of my dental hygiene and basic dental care. She is kind, caring, and professional, as her entire team. The facility is well lit, comfortable, and always has appealing aromatherapy in all the stations. I highly recommend Orchid Dental.

The office is modern and sleek. The team is very professional and communicate with you effectively, very accommodating to my needs if I ever had to reschedule. Dr. Yagobi is my main doctor and he is the best, great personality and does a thorough job in all my dental treatments, paying attention to every single detail in my oral health while making me comfortable. Dr. Karimi did my Invisalign, and she was excellent; she was very patient with me and my treatment was smooth and overall very well. I am very happy with the state of my teeth, and it would not have happened if it were not for Dr. Yagobi, Dr. Karimi, and the whole team at Orchid Dental Care. Highly recommend!
